Our Counselling and Psychology Approach

A uniquely tailored counselling approach that is specifically made for you. Something that not many Psychologists in Brisbane can offer.

Our Unique Approach to Psychology and Counselling

A supportive and tailored counselling service can be hard to find, especially within modern Brisbane. A Life Logic offers something unique – understanding and compassion. We won’t make you fit into one of our programs, we will build a specific counselling approach around you, within a passionate and supportive environment. We also operate under principles of best practice.

Our goal is to help you regain control of your life, and to do this we offer information, encouragement and understanding. We will work together, drawing from a range of proven psychology models, and re-build the life that you want.

Here is an example of a proven journey to recovery:

  • Step one: We listen, understand and engender a supportive counselling relationship.
  • Step two: Together we determine your underlying triggers.
  • Step three: We work together to form a specific psychology and counselling model.
  • Step four: You start regaining control of your life.
  • Step five: We re-evaluate and identify the changes and progression in your life.

Counselling is all about the individual. A Life Logic works collaboratively with each of our clients to ensure we choose the right therapy and counselling approach for you.
